Staff will support individuals with disabilities, chronic mental illness, and traumatic brain injuries by utilizing behavioral support programs, aiding with self-care, and maintaining consumer dignity in residential settings. Key duties include facilitating recreational leisure activities, assisting with community integration, monitoring health/medication changes, and ensuring sanitary practices.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess two years of experience with mental health or substance abuse disorders, and pass an acceptable background check. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical movements like squatting, bending, and climbing stairs, alongside basic English communication skills.
