Full-Time Therapy CNAs are responsible for fostering a warm and supportive environment by assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and ensuring their well-being is prioritized. This role is key in creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention for each resident.
Candidates must possess a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana and demonstrate the physical stamina required for tasks like lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence, along with adherence to C.A.R.E. values, are essential.
