Candidates must possess a current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana and demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document resident condition changes. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence, along with adherence to C.A.R.E. values, are essential.
