The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled care under the supervision of a registered physical therapist across various settings including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, assisting with discharge plans, and contributing to case management while maintaining positive interactions.
The candidate must be able to provide services in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings, including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies. Essential duties involve delivering quality patient care, adhering to applicable state regulations for physical therapy assistant services, and fostering positive relationships.
