The Dental Assistant I assists the dentist during patient exams and various dental procedures by preparing and maintaining necessary instruments, equipment, and materials. A key part of the role involves ensuring patients remain relaxed and as comfortable as possible throughout their visit.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Candidates must possess an active Dental Assistant Registration from the Washington State Department of Health. Six months of Dental Assistant experience is preferred, especially in pediatric dentistry or with patients with special healthcare needs.

The Dental Assistant I assists the dentist with patient exams and a variety of dental procedures which include preparing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and materials for all dental procedures, while ensuring patients are relaxed and as comfortable as possible.
Education - High school graduate or equivalent. Experience - Six (6) months of Dental Assistant experience preferred. Dental Assistant experience in pediatric dentistry and with patients with special health care needs preferred. Other Requirement(s) - Active Dental Assistant Registration from Washington State Department of Health required.
