The role is responsible for completing intakes, providing individual therapy, and offering crisis intervention as needed for individuals within the outpatient behavioral health program across all Unison sites. The anticipated schedule involves working four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree and be pursuing licensure, along with one year of experience in a social service-related position, and must be at least 21 years old. Full licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is preferred, and applicants need a valid in-state driver's license with no more than 6 points on their driving record.
Responsible for completing intakes, providing individual therapy, and crisis intervention as needed to individuals in the outpatient behavioral health program across all Unison sites. Anticipated Schedule: Will work Monday - Thursday @ 10 hours/day.
Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Possess advanced clinical skills. Required
