Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and hold licensure as an LPHA, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D., along with a valid Texas driver's license and insurance. The position demands flexibility, resourcefulness, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to analyze clinical needs and social situations, identifying problems and alternative courses of actions, while demonstrating multicultural sensitivity and effective communication skills.
