Requirements

What You'll Do As a Radiologic Technologist at Boulder Surgery Center, you will: Perform high-quality diagnostic and intraoperative radiographic imaging. Assist physicians during orthopedic surgical procedures using fluoroscopic imaging (C-arm). Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort, safety, and quality imaging. Practice radiation safety and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot radiographic equipment. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and other clinical staff to support efficient patient care. Educate patients regarding imaging procedures and answer questions. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current with advancements in radiologic technology. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification. Colorado Radiation Safety certification. BLS certification (or ability to obtain within six months of hire). Knowledge of radiographic imaging principles, anatomy, and radiation safety. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

One or more years of Radiologic Technologist experience. Previous experience in an orthopedic practice, ambulatory surgery center, operating room, or hospital surgical setting. Experience operating C-arm fluoroscopy equipment. Experience assisting physicians during surgical procedures. Why Join Boulder Surgery Center?
