The role requires close collaboration with the nursing team to ensure all resident care needs are met and maintaining a safe work environment.
Candidates must possess current Connecticut Nurse’s Aide Registration and demonstrate experience and passion for working with seniors. The position requires the physical ability to perform demanding tasks like pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, along with maintaining positive professional relationships.
