Position Summary
Directly supervise residents in housing services or clients in outpatient services. Participate as a team member in the delivery of treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Familiar with 12-steps highly desirable
Skilled in adult behavioral management techniques
Computer proficiency required.
Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required.
Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements
Must have own transportation
Essential Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the behavior of the residents and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
Implement therapeutic activities and facilitate development of independent living skills.
Develop and present all resident education.
Provide transportation to and from school, jobs, counseling services, 12 step meetings, medical services, recreational activities, etc. when public transportation is not an option.
Assist in planning menus with residents and shopping for household items.
Supervise all daily activities, including house jobs, study halls, menu planning, shopping, cooking meals, free time, etc.
Consult with other staff members and plan daily therapeutic direction for designated

Facilitate focal group discussion sessions.
Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as treatment plan reviews, shift meetings or appropriate committee meetings as designated.
Ensure that patient service records are maintained consistent with OASA, JCAHO, DOC and DCFS regulations.
Monitor self-administration of medicine by residents and record information on medical.
Oversee the cleanliness of the house, resident house jobs, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
Serve as a member of the assigned team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Ethics and within the framework of the law.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.

Sun-Mon 8:30am-4:30pm Tues-1pm-9pm

Compensation & Rewards
Starting Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)
HS/GED - $18.43 per hour
Associate’s - $19.37 per hour
Bachelor’s - $20.25 per hour
Shift differentials
Second shift: +$.25/hr.
Third shift: +$.50/hr.
Incentives:
Professional Certification (e.g., CADC, CRSS, or CPS): +$0.72/hour (equivalent of +$1,500 annualized)
