The role involves providing comprehensive individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions in various settings (office, in-home, community-based) for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities also include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team on treatment strategies and maintaining thorough clinical documentation for a caseload of approximately 60-70 clients.
Candidates must be licensed in Maryland as an LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC, and must possess a valid driver's license with three points or less and access to an insured vehicle. The position requires providing direct clinical services and managing case management duties for clients with complex mental health needs.
