Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, administering medications, and supporting skill acquisition as outlined in individual service plans.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. No prior experience is necessary as paid on-the-job training is provided.

Our Branchburg office is seeking qualified and caring people to work as Direct Support Professionals (DSP/CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide) in our group homes located in Branchburg, Bridgewater, Somerset County, NJ.
Successful applicants will attend paid training to obtain required certifications. No experience is necessary, learn on-the-job. Professional experience working with developmentally disabled populations, experience as a CNA, home health aide or caregiver can all qualify as experience relevant to this field. Pay rates are determined based on that experience, starting at $20.75
Saturday and Sunday shifts will be considered for every other weekend schedules.

Assist with daily living tasks and ensure cleanliness and organization. Administer medications and follow healthcare protocols under nurse supervision. Document client progress and goals Engage individuals in age-appropriate recreational and therapeutic activities. Safely transport individuals as needed Work independent or with co-workers to enhance the growth of individuals served Participate in ongoing professional training General Qualifications: Reliable transportation Valid auto insurance and driver’s license Clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
