The Radiology Tech is responsible for operating all diagnostic radiology equipment, including Fluoroscopy, portable, and DR rooms, and performing all associated diagnostic radiology procedures. This role involves assisting the Radiologist during procedures by preparing the room, supplies, and anticipating the needs of the physician and staff.
Candidates must possess a Diploma from a certified school of radiology technology and hold current California Radiology Technologist (CRT) licensure with fluoroscopy licensure, along with current ARRT and BLS (AHA) certifications. A minimum of one year of experience as a registered Radiology Technologist in an acute care facility is preferred.
