About the role

The LPN Clinic Coordinator provides direct and indirect patient care as part of a multidisciplinary care team. They support clinic operations to ensure efficient flow and an excellent patient experience.

Provides direct and indirect patient care as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, supporting providers and clinic operations to ensure efficient clinic flow and an excellent patient experience. Prioritizes patient-centered care, uses strong critical thinking and time management skills, and effectively leverages organizational and community resources. Assists in training and supporting staff, contributing to a highly competent, collaborative, and positive care team.

Knowledge/Experience

  • 2 years clinic experience preferred. Experience in overseeing unit operations preferred.

  • Nurse,
  • LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Current Montana State Board of Nursing licensure as LPN. Basic Life Support (CPR) certification and re-certification every two years.
  • APTITUDES: Desire and ability to work as an influential member of a high-performing, multi-disciplinary, comprehensive primary care team. Ability to achieve cognitive, organization and emotional maturity to deal effectively with multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, difficult situations and/or customers. Possesses interpersonal/communication skills necessary for effective, non-judgmental, and empathetic patient care and customer relations. Open to feedback and open to a changing environment, which requires flexibility in scheduling and department assignments.

Requirements

Candidates should have a current Montana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse and preferably two years of clinic experience. Basic Life Support (CPR) certification is also required.
