The technician will be responsible for determining specimen acceptability and performing routine and complex technical procedures according to standard operating procedures. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting instrumentation, preparing and testing controls, and accurately reporting test results for quality patient care.
Labcorp is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Bay Minette, AL.
Work Schedule: PRN as needed (daytime weekends)
• Associate’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology

Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree in a relevant science field or an equivalent degree meeting regulatory requirements, with previous clinical laboratory testing experience being highly preferred. A minimum of three months of experience or an MLT degree is required, and ASCP or AMT certification is preferred.
