Full-Time - Day/Evening shift - 10-Hour shifts, start time 0630, 0700, or 0730. Monday-Friday but will require flexibility to work the mid shifts and take open heart call, as required.

Position overview: Cvor registered nurse – open heart team
Christiana hospital is seeking a highly competent, experienced operating room registered nurse with specialized open heart (Cvor) experience to join our distinguished cardiovascular surgical team.
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and cardiovascular specialists within a high-Acuity environment focused on outstanding outcomes and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to service excellence.
Bsn preferred or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
Three years or more operating room experience required: Two-Three years of open-Heart team circulating and scrubbing experience
Compensation & bonus eligibility
Eligible candidates with verified cvor experience may qualify for a $50,000 sign‑on bonus, paid over a 24‑month period.
$41.28 - $66.05
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
