The Registered Nurse protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure and collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care across the continuum. This role involves assessing and supporting physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients and families, mentoring team members, and promoting best practices.
Required qualifications include an Illinois RN License and American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and six months of RN experience in a healthcare environment, along with basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.
