Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Location: Suffield, Connecticut
This private practice has been providing a full scope of primary care services to patients in the Suffield area for more than 40 years. They currently employ 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, along with a robust support staff of clinical and administrative team members. They have on-site x-ray, phlebotomy, and lab services.
This is a standard outpatient primary care role. The patient base is 95% ages 18 and up. If the new provider would like to expand the pediatric patient population, the practice is happy to accommodate that.

Providers see an average of 18 to 24 patients per day, with dedicated support staff.
The practice uses the Epic EHR.
