The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to residents based on established care plans and in compliance with regulations, while also administering medications and treatments according to standards of care. This role includes providing direction to ancillary staff, monitoring unit workflow, and utilizing the full nursing process for resident care management.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing or possess equivalent education for licensing, with no prior experience explicitly required. Physical requirements involve constant standing and walking, frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequent use of senses like vision, hearing, and smell for patient monitoring and communication.
