· Current, unencumbered LPN license. · Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff. · Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations. · Ability to work effectively in a team environment and supervise other personnel as needed. · Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. · Ability to lift, push, pull, and transport residents with assistance as needed.
