As an Assisted Living Aide, you will provide routine assistance to residents with activities of daily living according to their personalized service and behavior plans. Your role involves ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity and respect while fostering an environment of compassion and safety, working closely with the care team.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate the ability to work with and care for cognitively impaired residents. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, and long-term care regulations is also required.

Your role is to ensure that the needs of the residents are met with the highest degree of dignity, respect, and care, while fostering an environment of compassion and safety. You will work closely with the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of the residents.
