The Registered Nurse will coordinate, supervise, and implement patient care for acutely ill adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring, utilizing competence, professional expertise, and evidence-based practice. One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Pharmacy Manager, you will be a strategic leader and clinical authority, orchestrating safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care delivery.
Every day, you will lead and supervise the pharmacy team, meticulously reviewing and authorizing prescriptions for safety (interactions, dosing, allergies).
You'll oversee efficient workflow, from authorization to dispensing, and consult with doctors and nurses to troubleshoot medication issues.

Job Requirements Required Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
Advanced or Master's degree preferred (e.g., Pharm.D.) .
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care setting.
Minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy leadership experience.
Registered Pharmacist license.
Oversight for an acute care facility requires licensure in the state in which you practice.
Candidates must possess one year of Registered Nurse experience upon hire, an ADN Diploma, and a BSN or foreign equivalent. A current AZ State RN License in good standing is required, along with American Heart Association ACLS within six months and current BLS.
