The role involves planning, evaluating, organizing, and implementing occupational therapy treatment programs tailored to the patient's age and development. Key duties include completing patient evaluations, developing individualized plans of care with measurable goals, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and current OT certification, with 2 years of pediatric or clinical experience being preferred but not strictly required. The ideal candidate should fit the culture, be willing to learn, and possess a passion for pediatrics, focusing on general OT areas like fine motor delay and autism.
We are searching for an Occupational Therapist — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll plan, evaluate, organize, and implement occupational therapy treatment programs in a developmentally and age-appropriate manner.
