As a Registered Nurse, the role involves providing patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective treatment, assessing conditions, and developing individualized care plans. Responsibilities also include administering treatments, monitoring progress, documenting care accurately, and communicating patient status.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Alabama RN license or multistate RN license, along with current BLS certification. A minimum of 1 year of RN experience is required, with 2 years of acute care experience needed specifically for Hospital Care at Home roles.
What You'll Do As an RN, you will provide patient-centered care and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective treatment.
