The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients, serving as the first point of contact for scheduling and arrival, and managing all front desk operations. Key duties include scheduling, answering phones, scanning records, triaging calls, and handling insurance/payment processing.
The minimum educational requirement for this role is a High School Diploma or GED. Employees are expected to uphold the mission of Mercy Medical Center, which includes maintaining confidentiality and treating all patients with dignity and compassion.
