Medical Assistant / MA Owasso

The Medical Assistant provides superior patient care by performing administrative and delegated clinical tasks within a clinic setting, supporting the care team led by a physician or advanced practice provider. Responsibilities include managing patient records via EMR, assisting with patient visits by taking vitals, preparing exam rooms, managing inventory, and handling referrals and authorizations.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with basic knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office. Candidates must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer before providing direct patient care.
