The Rehab Office Coordinator supports the Director of Rehab in the administrative management of the rehabilitation department, handling all clerical, housekeeping, and administrative services for assigned accounts. Key duties include ensuring staff compliance with licensing and training requirements, managing department maintenance, tracking documentation, and coordinating scheduling and billing.
The primary requirement is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education. Certification as a Nursing Assistant is preferred, although this may be waived depending on state requirements.

The Rehab Office Coordinator assists the Director of Rehab in the administrative management of the rehabilitation department. The Rehab Office Coordinator is responsible for all clerical, housekeeping, and administrative services in their assigned account(s).
1. The Rehab Office Coordinator must possess a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. 2. Certification as a Nursing Assistant is also preferred (unless required by state).
