Alexius Health Garrison includes the services of a 22-bed critical access hospital, a 26-bed skilled nursing facility, an attached rural health clinic, and an Emergency Department that is available 24 hours a day.

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will help patients receive compassionate, high-quality healthcare so they can achieve well-being and recovery.

Job Requirements Required Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing ND State Board of Nursing current RN.
Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state.
Graduate Nurse (G.N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid.) Good communications skills are necessary because of the constant communication, both oral and written with patients and families.
Accountable for own conduct, promotes and supports working relationships amongst coworkers and all of the clinic staff.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and possess a Kentucky Medical Radiographer license upon hire. Registration with ARRT in Radiography is required upon hire, and ARRT registration in Computed Tomography must be obtained within 12 months, along with current Basic Life Support certification.
