The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders to improve patient quality of life through individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include developing treatment programs, educating patients/families, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Required qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders, Speech Language Pathologist licensure in Tennessee and Georgia, Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology, and Basic Life Support - CPR certification upon hire. Experience in acute care or outpatient services is preferred.
