Overview

• Caregiver - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).
• Zelienople, PA - casual, daylight hours Caregiver Pay Rate starting at $17 per hour.

• Provides physical assistance and attendant care to home care clients in their place of residence.
• Provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) for home care clients only.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in providing service to frail elder clients according to assigned responsibilities and Home Care standards.
• This is a field position with a designated home office location and the incumbent is expected to travel when visiting patients in their homes.

Qualifications

Caregiver qualifications include

Must have a high school diploma or GED. Completion of training in specific areas as required by state regulations governing home care service providers. One year of experience as a personal caregiver with frail elderly is preferred. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required. Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license. Independently visit patients in their homes. Current CPR certification.
