Market context

ICU nursing demand in Arizona

Arizona hospitals continue to need ICU nurses for high-acuity inpatient care, especially candidates who already have acute care experience and current ACLS and BLS credentials. This role is competitive because employers often look for an ADN-prepared RN with a valid Arizona or compact license and proof of critical care competency; the sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may also make the opening more attractive. Before applying, confirm your license status and AHA certifications, and review the critical care exam or curriculum requirement.
