The ICU Registered Nurse will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients by monitoring and managing their condition, administering prescribed treatments, and ensuring patient comfort. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care, guiding support personnel, and maintaining knowledge of critical care equipment.
Required qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing, at least one year of acute care RN experience, and valid Arizona or compact state RN licensure. Candidates must also pass a critical care competency exam or curriculum, and hold current American Heart Association certifications for ACLS and BLS, along with basic EKG competency.
