The Occupational Therapist will help patients regain independence and quality of life by assessing diverse patients, developing treatment plans, and conducting evaluations. Responsibilities also include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting thoroughly, and meeting productivity standards.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an appropriate internship or rotation, and possess an Occupational Therapist license in Arizona and Basic Life Support - CPR certification upon hire. Preferred qualifications include a Master's or Doctorate degree and two years of progressive clinical experience.
