The Medical Assistant Certified will assist providers by performing various back-office and patient-related tasks to ensure smooth patient workflow within the clinic department. Responsibilities include performing patient care procedures within the scope of practice, such as vital signs measurement, injections, and blood draws, alongside assisting with front office duties.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant training program or possess equivalent military training. Required credentials include active Washington State Medical Assistant – Certified licensure and current BLS-RQI certification, along with six months of customer experience.
