Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Float Team, you'll deliver compassionate, high-quality care that supports our patients' well-being and recovery, with a positive attitude and reliability. Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes. Implements care in a thorough, skillful, and consistent manner. Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies. Evaluates the effectiveness of care given by health care team members. Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and providers. This position floats to 2 levels of care in 1-2 facilities and is paid a 15% differential (of the base hourly rate). We are offering $10k relocation assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
