Clinic Financial Liaison

The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services to home-bound patients to promote rehabilitation, recovery, and improved quality of life by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, implementing therapeutic interventions, educating patients/families, and documenting progress to achieve optimal outcomes.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and hold an active registered PT license in the state of practice. A current Driver's License and CPR/BLS Certification are mandatory, with one year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
