The Physical Therapist will help patients maintain or rebuild physical well-being, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through direct treatments, initial evaluations, and updating individualized plans of care. Responsibilities also include consistently meeting productivity standards, collaborating with the team, and promoting a positive customer service environment.
Candidates must possess strong age-appropriate competency skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. Required qualifications include a Degree in Physical Therapy (or eligibility for licensure upon hire) and obtaining Basic Life Support - CPR certification within 14 days of hire.
Bachelor Degree; Major in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or other Physical Therapy related field Licensed by the State of Texas, Physical Therapist BLS CPR certified, American Heart Association Minimum Experience: Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Effective Communication Knowledge of the principles and skills of the clinical process to provide patient care and treatment. Critical thinking skills Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal Basic Computer skills
