The Registered Nurse will provide long-term care services to residents, administering prescribed medications and treatments while reviewing and adjusting resident care plans as needed. This role also involves directing and supervising LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs on the assigned shift and completing all required documentation.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse degree from a recognized institution and hold an active Minnesota license in good standing, along with current BLS certification. Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Administers prescribed medications and treatments. Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed. Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit. Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.
