About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide long-term care services to residents, administering prescribed medications and treatments while reviewing and adjusting resident care plans as needed. This role also involves directing and supervising LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs on the assigned shift and completing all required documentation.

Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge, MN.

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Registered Nurse at CHI St.

Francis Health, you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing long-term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility.

Every day you will have the opportunity to build on your education and experience in a skilled nursing setting while being part of an interdisciplinary team that administers individualized, comprehensive care to residents.

Administers prescribed medications and treatments.

Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed.

Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.

Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.

Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.

We are offering a $30,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
