One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing so they can function at their best level, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.
Every day you will perform initial evaluations, develop and update individualized plans of care, and provide a variety of direct treatments.
You will be expected to consistently meet patient care productivity standards, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families, and promote a positive customer service environment.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong age-appropriate competency skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.
We are offering a $3,000 sign on to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements Required Completed an accredited physical Therapy degree program and be board eligible and able to obtain CA PT license within 6 months or have already obtained a CA PT License and Previous experience as a PhysicalTherapist or Physical Therapist student/ intern Physical Therapist: CA, within 6 - months Basic Life Support - CPR Preferred Previous experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
Candidates must possess strong age-appropriate competency skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. Required qualifications include a Physical Therapist license in California and Basic Life Support - CPR certification upon hire, though one year of pediatric experience is required for those working in the NICU.
