The Occupational Therapist will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services, including evaluating home safety and assessing functional needs of physically disabled patients. Responsibilities also involve developing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment procedures while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy and meet specific experience requirements: a minimum of 10 years of practicing OT experience including teaching responsibilities for full-time/part-time staff, or a minimum of 2 years for per diem staff. A California Occupational Therapist license and Basic Life Support - CPR certification are required upon hire.
