As a Registered Nurse, the individual will deliver compassionate, high-quality care by leveraging expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive, safe, and effective evidence-based nursing care, organizing patient activities, advocating for patient needs, and adapting to changes in patient condition using tools like SBAR.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, possessing an active Arizona Registered Nurse license, and current Basic Life Support - CPR certification upon hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 90 days, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and one year of recent acute care experience being preferred.
