This role involves providing professional nursing services focused on quality patient care consistent with organizational standards, including administering medications, assessing patient needs, and implementing appropriate interventions. The nurse is also responsible for leading and coordinating care delivery within the patient care team and advocating for patient needs across all disciplines.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, with a BSN preferred, and possess a minimum of 6 months of previous Registered Nurse experience, preferably one year in an acute care setting. Current Washington State RN licensure and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification are mandatory.
