The Resident Engagement Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing entertaining events and gatherings to foster connections among residents in group and one-on-one settings. This role involves making standard decisions based on guidelines while ensuring gracious hospitality and neighborliness for residents and their families.
A minimum of one year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs with adults is required, along with a High School Diploma or GED. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field like therapeutic recreation or gerontology is preferred, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
