Echo Tech (RCS, RDCS) Job Summary Will be responsible for conducting cardiac ultrasounds on adult patients utilizing 2D echocardiography, M-mode, and echocardiography with color flow/doppler. Will be responsible for collecting and evaluating clinical data while recognizing and reporting life-threatening findings in a timely manner to physician. *Clinic Based Echo Tech position-Cardiology Clinic. Will be working at our Laurinburg Clinic.
Echo Tech (RCS, RDCS) Qualifications Associate degree or Higher level ACLS and BLS certification required Formal Training in Diagnostic Cardiac Ultrasound/Cardiovascular Technology required At least 1 year of echo experience required Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer RDCS (OR) Registered Cardiac Sonographer RCS required Reliable transportation and valid NC driver's license required
Candidates must possess an Associate degree or higher, along with current ACLS and BLS certifications. A minimum of one year of echo experience is required, and applicants must hold either the RDCS or RCS credential.
