As a hospice licensed practical nurse (LPN), you’ll work under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to conduct patient visits and provide routine care, while communicating with the care team, the patient and their family.

Qualifications

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred) Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively. We’ve worked hard to build a caring culture of integrity, communication, diversity and positive experiences, and we’d love for you to join our team. *Pay is determined by years of experience and location.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse and possess at least 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, though hospice experience is preferred. Applicants must also have reliable transportation and the physical ability to move and lift significant weight.
