As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the role involves developing meaningful relationships with residents and staff while utilizing nursing skills daily to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. Nurses are expected to lead teamwork, collaborate with facility teams for comprehensive care, and maintain a respectful work environment.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana and demonstrate proficiency in medication management, conducting thorough assessments, and accurately documenting resident condition changes. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence, along with excellent communication skills, are essential.
Full Time Days or Nights Available: $27-$32/hr
