The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide high-quality primary care to pediatric and adult patients, developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the care team and referring to specialists when necessary. Responsibilities also include maintaining electronic medical records efficiently and partnering with the Behavioral Health team.
