Direct Support Professionals assist clients with all activities of daily living, personal cares, and program implementation while ensuring their daily well-being and safety through adequate supervision. Key duties include supporting daily routines, implementing individualized plans, assisting with medical needs, and facilitating community participation.
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) assist clients with all the activities of daily living, personal cares, and program implementation. Responsible for the daily well-being and safety of the clients, while ensuring adequate supervision. Assist with household maintenance and housekeeping and is responsible for various tasks to support the home.

Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a Discover Summer Daytime Programming for Youth with Disabilities. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.
$18.50 per hour + $1.00 hour Additional for site differential Weekend differential +$2.00 hour for hours between Fri 10pm and Sun 10pm Overnight differential +$1.00 hour for hours between 10pm and 6am ($12.13 per hour sleep hours only when assigned)
$1,500 Retention Bonus for full-time staff & $750 for part-time staff. Paid out over 1 year.
