The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized Plans of Care with appropriate therapeutic goals. Duties also include delivering evidence-based interventions, evaluating client progress, and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with regulations.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and hold a valid Texas license or TEA certification, along with the ASHA CCC-SLP or be completing a Clinical Fellowship Year. Required qualifications include strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, understanding of habilitation principles, and excellent collaboration and organizational skills.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support the communication needs of children with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to determine the presence and severity of communication disorders Develop Plans of Care with appropriate long-term and short-term therapeutic goals Plan and deliver individualized therapy aligned with assessment outcomes Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and observations Interpret assessment findings and prepare diagnostic statements and recommendations Participate in parent and caregiver conferences to explain assessment results and collaborate on goal development Maintain thorough documentation and reporting in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist issued by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology (SBESLPA) or TEA certification in Speech Therapy Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Strong knowledge of assessments and standardized tools for diagnosing communication disorders Understanding of evaluation, habilitation, and rehabilitation principles for speech and language conditions Ability to manage client behavior and implement evidence-based therapy techniques Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary professionals
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and transition positions frequently during therapy sessions. Adequate vision and hearing to observe behavior, assess performance, and support therapy delivery. Ability to use computers, tablets, and therapy materials effectively for documentation and treatment.
