The RN Fertility Case Manager will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients, which includes monitoring patients, providing direction and education, and teaching about procedures and injections. This role also involves scheduling treatments, documenting patient care services, communicating physician orders, and establishing a compassionate environment by supporting patients and their families.
Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered RN license and BLS certification, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical RN position. Experience in IVF/Fertility or women's health is preferred, alongside strong computer proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
